Dakota serves as a founding board member of the Chesterton Academy of The Divine Mercy. He started his career in communications in the U.S. Senate before joining his family’s payroll and HR software and services firm, which has been based in western Massachusetts since 1989. He is responsible for the company’s national brand, marketing, and growth strategy, with a particular focus on fostering relationships with networks of independent schools, dioceses, and other nonprofit associations. Dakota is a devout Catholic who loves western history, old books, and exploring New England – and sharing these things with his wife and six children.
